『かたむく天秤』は、吊り下がった3段の天秤から玉を移して、同じ色をちょうど3つ並べて消していくパズルです。
ただし玉を動かせば重さが変わり、左右の釣り合いが崩れれば、端の玉は下の段へ滑り落ちていきます。
■ 運もタイマーも、ありません
盤面は最初からすべて見えていて、隠された要素は何ひとつありません。
急かされることも、運に負けることもない。解けなかったとしたら、それは読みが足りなかっただけです。
だから解けたときは、間違いなくあなたの手柄になります。
■ 3つならべる、それだけのはずが
・色と重さは別物です。同じ色なら、大きさが違っても消えます
・玉を1つ動かすと、その段の釣り合いが変わります
・釣り合いが崩れると、外側の玉から下の段へ落ちていきます
・落ちた先で3つ揃うこともあります。落とすことが正解の場面もあります
■ 全60ステージ
・通常 20面：やさしい5面で覚えて、ふつうの5面で慣れて、残る10面で本気を出します
・釣り合わせ 24面：消すのではなく、すべての段を水平にして終える別ルール
・特別 16面：手数は最短＋1手だけ。遠回りが一切できない上級者向け
■ 手ごわくする仕掛け
腕の長さが違う天秤、容量の足りない割れた皿、少し傾いただけでこぼれる敏感な梁、
並べても消えない錆びた玉、つまめない固定された玉、下の段へ玉を渡す斜路。
新しい仕掛けは、初めて出てくる面で必ず説明が入ります。
■ 遊びやすさ
・片手で遊べる縦持ち
・1手ずつ戻せる「もどす」、次の1手を教える「ヒント」、玉を落とさず動かす「はね」
・星は3段階。同じ面でも、より短い手数を狙って何度でも挑戦できます
