ONE JAR, EVERY SCREEN The jar is now the same size, in the same proportion, on every iPhone and iPad — a big screen draws it bigger, it never plays easier. The pause, settings, and game-over screens take on the new Liquid Glass look, in the same candy colours as the rest of the bake shop.

Shake the jar — and keep your cakes. A SHAKE YOU EARN Reach the red line for the first time in a run and a shaker joins your HUD, with another at every 100,000 points. Tap it to arm, then really shake your device: the whole pile sloshes, tumbles, and settles into room you didn't know it had. Prefer not to shake? Tap the armed chip again and it sloshes just the same. WEDDING CAKES WORTH KEEPING Making a wedding cake is a moment now — she arrives with a bounce, a banner, and 5,000 points, and she stays in your jar. Build a second and the two clear together for 25,000, handing back the space only the biggest pieces can. Your scoreboard keeps a lifetime count of every one you make.

Dessert Drop comes to iPad — and brings a rescue. DESSERT DROP, IPAD-SIZED The same jar, pinned to the centre of the bigger screen, with the score and controls out on the sides where your thumbs already are. Same physics, same eleven, same game — just room to breathe. MEET HAELI A cake pop on a stick, and the newest face in the Cast. Score 75,000 in a single run and she appears in your HUD. Spend her whenever you like: tap her chip, then tap any dessert in the jar, and it pops — no merge, no points, just space where trouble used to be. Another at every 75,000. Earned by playing, never bought.

Your best runs, remembered! Every finished run now goes on a scoreboard — This Week, This Month, and All-Time — with the biggest dessert you reached alongside each score. Your old best score comes along for the ride. THE CAST All eleven desserts now have names, and a screen of their own. Zara, Maze, Mandy, Boyd, Traci, Finnick, Brenton, Cori, Pamela, Indy and Katie start as shadows and fill in as you meet them. LITTLE FACES Desserts widen their eyes on the way down, and blink to themselves once they've settled. A TIDIER JAR The HUD folded down to a single row, so nothing hangs into the path of a falling piece. Your best score is still there — tap the score to peek at it.
