• Your Business Website: publish your own parking lot page from the menu. Address, opening hours, rates and a live count of open spaces in one link; print the QR poster and put it up at the entrance. • Reports open faster. Switch between the last 30, 90 and 180 days, and use the arrows to look back at earlier periods. • Pick the country code right inside the phone number field; numbers are saved correctly in every country. • Improved plate reading: some foreign plates are now recognized with the right country.

• The walkie-talkie reconnects faster and on its own when the connection drops. • In Cash, the payment method list now displays correctly with large text sizes. • A reply notification that arrives while the feedback form is open now opens in that same form.

• Payment QR codes: add your own payment QR in Settings > Financial accounts. It is shown to the customer for transfers and prepayments, and appears in Cash under that account's name. • Replies to your suggestions and questions are now in the app: the feedback form shows your conversation history. You get a notification when a reply arrives; tap it to open that message. • Prepayments now appear in Cash under the method the money came in. If the prepayment covers the full fee, no payment method is asked at exit.

• Vehicle entry from a photo with Otto: take a photo of the car and Otto reads the plate, make, model, color and class and fills in the entry form; you just check and save. • 10 free Otto credits for every business; one photo analysis uses 1 credit. Credits never expire, and you can buy a 100 or 500 credit pack any time from Settings > Otto credits.

• Shortcuts: one-tap vehicle entry (camera) and vehicle exit (vehicles inside) from Siri, Spotlight, Control Center and the Action button. • Tell Siri: "Read a plate in Otopark Pro" or "Vehicles inside in Otopark Pro". • New "Smart features" section: step-by-step, illustrated setup guides in the menu. • Bug fixes and speed improvements.

• Easier setup: "Set up your business" and "Join an existing business" are now two separate paths. • Your business location is picked up automatically during setup, so your lot appears on the driver map. Long answers now show in full. • Manual vehicle entry redesigned: a shorter page, and the keyboard closes when you tap outside after typing the plate. • Tariff names and small display fixes.

• New design: Dashboard, Cash, Reports, Customers, Tariffs and Settings have been redesigned from the ground up. Cleaner and easier to read. • Otto, your business assistant: ask questions like "What did we make today?", "How busy will tomorrow be?" or "How many cars are inside?" and get answers from your own business data. In "About the app" mode you can also ask how to use the app. Typing your own questions works on devices that support Apple Intelligence. • Receivables screen: tap Take payment in Cash. See everyone with open credit or subscription debt in one list and collect with any payment method. • Reports redesigned: today's earnings, forecast, busy hours, most frequent visitors, length of stay and occupancy at a glance. Pick a day, week or month, and step back to earlier periods. • Share the report as a PDF with your logo — date range, staff name and table included. • Valet fees can now count toward commission. Turn it on in Valet settings; it is off by default. • Team management: invite staff by email and the join code goes straight to them. Deactivate someone who leaves, and reactivate them later if needed. • Everyone under their own name: staff set their own display name, so records are signed by the right person and commission goes to them. • Speed and stability improvements.

• On the vehicle card, Bring the car, I'll take it, Receipt QR and Show on TV are now at the top — no scrolling needed. • Business setup now asks about valet service; lots that offer it can turn it on in the first step. • The Wallet pass shows valet status: car requested, being brought, ready. • The bank transfer amount now includes the valet fee — the figure shown to the customer is the full amount due. • Sync is noticeably lighter: tariff data that used to download every cycle now comes down only when it changes, and no needless connections are made in the background. • When the connection drops you get a clear message telling you what to do, instead of a technical error dump.

• VALET SERVICE — new • Note where you parked the car ("A3", "level -2, right row"). • Customers can tap "Bring my car" on the QR page; the request lands in your team's list with a notification. • One attendant taps "I've got this" — both the customer and the rest of the team see it, so two people never go for the same car. • Mark "Vehicle ready" when the car is at the door; the customer sees it on their phone. • The valet fee is added as a separate line on top of the parking fee; it can be switched off at checkout. • Valet performance report: how many cars each attendant brought, average time and revenue. • Off by default for lots that don't offer valet; turn it on in Settings. • Improvements to the customer card, billing details, phone country codes and the Cash/Reports layout.

• A cleaner, calmer look: Cash, Customers and reports are tidier and the numbers are easier to read. • Redesigned customer card: call, WhatsApp, collect payment or start a subscription straight from the list. • Billing details added: trade name, tax number, tax office, e-mail and address are now kept on the customer card. • Country code picker for phone numbers; country names appear in your phone's language. • Plate reading improved on slower devices. • More reliable sync between devices: stuck rounds and records that did not appear on the other device are fixed.

• Prepayment: if a customer pays for the day up front, mark it collected while the car is still inside. Whoever takes over the shift sees it on the vehicle card; at exit the screen shows "Paid" and the amount due reads zero. If the fee exceeds the prepayment, only the difference is requested. Cash, card or bank transfer; not offered for subscriber vehicles. • Till rebuilt: today, 7 days, 30 days or your own date range. The open receivables card answers "what is still out there" at a glance, and the income items show why the net figure is what it is. • Reports rebuilt; each one answers a single question: what did we earn today, what is expected tomorrow, when are we busy, who comes most often, how long do they stay, how full does the car park get. • Tariff steps can now be entered in hours or days — if your sign says "1 hour" or "1 day", type exactly that; no converting to minutes. • If a plate is hard to read, tap the screen: that frame is captured and read, with no waiting. • A refresh button was added to the board; you can also pull the vehicle list down to sync. • If syncing stops silently, a banner appears on the board and syncs with one tap. If the device was deactivated, it says so.

• Reports rebuilt: each report now answers a single question — what did we earn today, what to expect tomorrow, when are we busy, who comes most often. • Two new reports: how long vehicles stay (with a duration breakdown) and how full the lot gets (the most vehicles inside at one time). • Capacity is now asked during setup and a value is suggested from your own usage; once it is set, the display board shows the number of free spaces. • Today's takings update instantly in reports: the number changes as soon as you check a vehicle out or take a payment.

• You can now unlink the Display Board from the app: cut the connection when you change the TV or link the wrong screen. • On the board, the time no longer shows empty when a vehicle exits. • Entry and exit cards reach the board more reliably on a weak connection.

• Refreshed bottom bar: it now floats above the page, slimmer and easier to read. • Syncing no longer gets stuck when the connection drops; it resumes on its own once you are back online. • Lighter syncing: unchanged records are no longer downloaded again, so there is less data use and waiting.

• Update badge: when a new version is out, a small pulsing icon appears in the panel header; tap it to see what's new and update. • More stable sync: on a weak connection the app no longer waits in vain; records stay queued and are sent once the connection is back. • Fixed the app not opening on devices that had not been updated for a long time.

• New menu: reach every screen and setting from one place with the menu button at the top left. On tablets the menu stays open. • Settings are now split into separate pages; you can also find anything with the search box at the top. • Check your location on Street View: see from street imagery whether your lot's entrance is in the right spot on the map. • Enter your capacity so drivers can see your free spaces live on the map. • Refreshed look, various fixes and improvements.

• Receipt setting: you can now turn off the receipt QR code that opens automatically at entry and at exit, separately, from Settings → App. When it's off, you can still show it from the record details; the TV board isn't affected. • Various fixes and improvements
