HOW IT TEACHES
The course is quantitative where the subject is quantitative. Energy return on investment, dose-response curves, residence times, discount rates and attribution statistics all appear with numbers rather than adjectives.
It also separates what is settled from what is not. That the planet is warming and that humans are the cause is settled, and the lesson on attribution shows how that was established rather than asserting it. Climate sensitivity, the social cost of carbon and the safety of nuclear power are genuinely contested, and those lessons give the range of positions and the evidence behind each.
FREE AND PAID
The first ten lessons are free. One purchase of $9.99 unlocks the remaining 90 and everything else, permanently. There is no subscription, there are no ads, and there is no account to create. Family Sharing is supported.
OFFLINE BY DESIGN
The app makes no network connections. Every lesson, profile, glossary entry, quiz and case study is bundled in the download, so the whole course works in airplane mode. Nothing you read or write here leaves your device.
Ratings & Reviews
Quiz questions have been rewritten so the answer can no longer be spotted from its shape. Every option in a set now follows the same pattern and a similar length, so the right answer has to be recognised rather than guessed. Question wording and explanations were reviewed alongside it.
