FIVE WIDGETS FOR THE 8×4 CARD The widest card there is, on a Mac and on an iPad: • Desk — the clock, the weather and the rest of your day, together • Week — seven columns, four events deep, starting today rather than on a Monday that has already gone • Agenda — today placed against the hours instead of listed • Meridian — six places, each with how far into the day it is • This Mac — disk, battery and uptime, four clicks from anywhere else. THE BIG CARD, ON IPAD The 8×4 widgets were drawn against the Mac's card, which is up to a hundred points wider than an iPad's — so on an iPad the event list gave up the whole difference by itself and titles ran out of room after a word. Today, Morning, Up Next and Desk now divide the width by the card they are actually on. FAHRENHEIT Every widget that shows a temperature can read in °F. One switch, under the weather widgets in the gallery, and it sets all of them at once — so no card on your Home Screen disagrees with the one beside it. Celsius stays the default. Touch and hold your Lock Screen to add one. FOCUS, LIVE A running Focus session now counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and you can end it there without unlocking. FIVE MORE FROM ONE FETCH Feels Like, Rain, UV Index, Wind and Golden Hour all read the forecast Elyr was already downloading — no extra network, no extra battery. EIGHT NEW OFFLINE WIDGETS Birthdays, Reminders, Streak, Date, World Clock, Storage, Bedtime and Name Day. None of them needs the network. ALREADY HAVE ELYR PRO? All of it is included. Elyr now shows you how to add your first widget — a short guide on first launch, and a reminder in the gallery until one is on your Home Screen. The Pro screen was rebuilt around the widgets themselves, so you can see exactly what you'd be unlocking before you decide. Tapping a locked widget on your Home Screen now opens Elyr instead of another app. Fixes: the Unlock button rendered as a flat grey slab in both light and dark mode.
