PROPOSALS, QUOTES & INVOICES • Browse proposals, quotations, invoices, and acknowledgement receipts • Search and filter by status, company, client, or documents that need attention • See document type, status, payment state, totals, expiration, views, and activity • Preview exactly what clients see—without counting as a client view SHARE & SEND • Enable or disable a secure public link and share via text, email, or any app • Password-protect links, set view-only mode, require e-signature, or set link expiry • Mark documents accepted, return shared docs to draft, or revise accepted work COMMERCIAL WORKFLOW • On accepted documents: convert a proposal or quote to an invoice • Convert a paid invoice to an acknowledgement receipt (full or partial payment) • Mark invoices as paid and optionally auto-create acknowledgement receipts • Edit quote lines, payment methods, and schedules on supported documents EDIT & CREATE • Update title, project, client, expiration, total, currency, and custom variables • Create new documents from workspace-saved templates • Fix missing variables in-app before sharing TEAM & ACCESS • Switch workspaces; request, grant, approve, or revoke edit access on shared documents • Delete proposals or contacts when you have permission CLIENTS & ALERTS • Manage contacts: search, add, edit, delete, call, or email • In-app alerts for proposal views, shares, payments, and other activity SECURE SIGN-IN • Email and password with multi-factor authentication when enabled • Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device biometrics to lock the app • Connect to InProQu Cloud or your own custom server (on-prem) APPEARANCE • Light, dark, or system theme InProQu mobile is a companion app. Visual document design and block layout editing are done in the InProQu web app. Mobile focuses on managing, previewing, sharing, light edits, quotes, payments, and client follow-up. An InProQu account and workspace are required.
