When an advisor is online, tap “Start live chat” and choose a:

Once your request is accepted, your private one-to-one live text session will begin.
During the conversation, you can exchange messages in real time, share an image when relevant, and track your remaining session time.
TWO WAYS TO PAY

DIRECT SESSION PURCHASE
Select 5, 10, or 15 minutes directly from an advisor’s profile and purchase your session through the App Store.
There is no need to add wallet balance first.
VELLEN WALLET
You can also add Vellen Credits to your Vellen Wallet and use your balance for future sessions with advisors.
Wallet packages are designed to offer better value and greater flexibility for users who plan to enjoy multiple sessions.
Your balance can be used across different advisors and session lengths whenever you need it.
SECURE PAYMENTS THROUGH THE APP STORE
All purchases in the iOS version of Vellen are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase.
Vellen does not use a separate card payment system on iOS. Your credit or debit card details and App Store payment credentials are processed by Apple.
Vellen does not receive, view, or store your full card details.
Apple displays the final amount before you confirm your purchase. Final prices may vary depending on your country or region, currency, local pricing, and applicable taxes.
YOUR CONVERSATIONS
Completed sessions remain available in your Activity history, allowing you to revisit previous conversations whenever you like.
You can also save advisors to your favorites and easily find them again later.

You can contact Vellen support whenever you need help with your account, purchases, sessions, or general questions about the app.
ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
Manage your account and preferences directly in Vellen. Account deletion is also available within the app.
Vellen provides general personal and spiritual guidance through conversations with human advisors.
Vellen does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Advisors do not diagnose conditions, provide professional treatment, or guarantee future events or specific outcomes.
