This update is about the exercise videos and everyday polish. • Exercise videos now open on the first tap. Tapping the exercise image used to open the still photo instead of the video, so a lot of demonstrations looked like they were photos only. • The play button is back in the weekly plan list. On exercises that show a muscle map it was being hidden, so there was no way to tell which movements had a video. • Videos keep working on a slow connection. If the video service does not answer in time, the app now plays the video already included in your plan instead of showing an error. • If we ever ask you to rate the app, it will only be after you finish a workout day or log your progress — never in the middle of something, and never more than once per version. Plus stability fixes across the app. Your body photos still stay on your phone and are never uploaded.
