Import real DICOM studies from Files or your PACS, contour with Apple Pencil, and work through the same tasks you know from the planning system — for training, teaching and research. Everything runs on the device; nothing is uploaded. RADCONTOUR PRO ADDS • Advanced tools: Brush 3D, Erase 3D, Nudge, Smart brush, Region grow, AI box. • Auto-contour with on-device AI — 25 CT and MR organ models, all local. Choose the organs you want and let the models outline them. • ROI geometry, registration and fusion, contour assessment, plan evaluation, DICOM networking, export, structure templates, backup and unlimited cases. CONTOUR • Twelve tools in all, from freehand and spline to 3D brushes and region grow. • Box-prompted "suggest contour" for quick single structures. • Every automatic result is yours to review and correct before you keep it. DERIVE • Build ROIs from existing ones: margins (uniform or anisotropic), Boolean algebra, HU thresholds, walls, and an automatic patient outline — each with a live preview. REGISTER • Align a second image set automatically, by hand, or guided by matched structures. Overlay, checkerboard and difference fusion. Copy contours across the registration and save them as a new structure set. ASSESS • Score contours against a reference set: Dice, Hausdorff distance (max and percentile) and mean surface distance, per structure. REVIEW DOSE • Isodose wash and lines, dose-volume histograms, dose statistics and clinical- goal tables from imported RT Dose and RT Plan. • Drag the arrows on the colour legend to set the displayed dose range directly on the image. CONNECT • Classic DICOM networking (C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-GET, C-STORE) to your PACS or TPS. • Export RT Structure Sets and registrations; anonymise on export. • Brachytherapy applicator and catheter paths in an imported structure set are preserved rather than discarded. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Patient imaging is processed entirely on device and never sent to us. No analytics, no tracking. • Sign-in with roles, encrypted storage, idle auto-lock and an app-switcher privacy shield. Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Turkish. RadContour is a research, education and training tool. It is not a certified medical device and is not for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, dose calculation, or any patient-care decision — always use validated clinical systems for those. AI auto-contouring additionally requires an iPad with an Apple M-series chip (M1 or later); every other feature works on any supported iPad. Restoring a backup is always free. RadContour Pro adds the advanced brushes, AI auto-contouring, ROI geometry, registration and fusion, contour assessment, plan evaluation, DICOM networking, export, structure templates, backup and unlimited cases. Also in this release: • Now available in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Turkish. • Dose wash: drag the arrows on the colour legend to set the displayed dose range directly on the image. • Deleting a structure set, registration or image set is much faster. • Fixed a crash when renaming an image set or structure set. • Fixed a crash when receiving a large study over DICOM, and the app now confirms in-app when a study arrives.
