Import your watch history. • Bring your watchlist, what you've seen and your ratings from Letterboxd, Trakt, TV Time, Simkl, BetaSeries or Refract, episode progress included. Or paste a list from anywhere. • A friend's "to watch" count now opens their list. • Fixes and improvements.

Activity, comments and a new look for titles. • New Activity tab: what your friends watched, rated and said, and news about movies and shows on your list. • Comment on titles and episodes, with friends or with everyone. • Title pages now lead with the story and the cast. IMDb and Letterboxd scores sit beside the age rating. • Seen has moved to your profile. Shortlist now leads the list's filters. • Cast and director, new settings, terms in About, easier-to-read colours, and fixes.

Age ratings and a small list change. • Film and TV titles now show their age rating on the title screen. • Films in cinemas now sit above Streaming now in your list.

Updated for iOS 27. • Built with the iOS 27 SDK, so OnTheList follows the latest system behaviour on iPhone and iPad. • Small fixes under the hood.

Keep up with your next great watch. • Track the episodes you've watched and see what's Up next across your shows. • Get a heads-up when a show you're watching has a new episode. • Browse your progress in a compact view, with more room for descriptions and ratings. • Search for your next film or show without leaving The list on iPhone. • Import your Letterboxd watchlist, watched history or both from one export. • Enjoy smoother title panels and steadier artwork on iPad, in portrait and landscape. • More reliable recent searches, a simpler start to your list and a tidier Shortlist filter on iPhone.

Showtime reminders are smarter and clearer. OnTheList now checks up to 30 days ahead for upcoming screenings, shows how many reminders are scheduled, and explains when calendar or notification access needs attention. Showtime sessions follow your booked time more accurately and make it easier to rate a title when it ends. Also in this version: • The list and Friends make better use of space on iPad • Lists and recommendations stay steady while refreshing • Profile Seen and Loved totals are counted correctly • Better reliability when changing country or switching accounts

The numbers on your profile now open things. Tap "to watch", "seen" or "loved" on your profile and your list opens at exactly that. The old Loved screen in Settings has gone: your Seen list already filters by every reaction, loved and liked and not for me, so there is one place for all of them instead of a separate screen for one. Also in this version: • Settings explains what each setting does, including what your country decides • The cinema switch is called Cinema reminders now, which is what it actually does • With a keyboard attached, Command and comma opens Settings

iPad, properly! Your list now sits beside a live dashboard: what you and a friend both want to watch, what's on at the cinema, and anything you've seen but not yet rated. Friends works the same way, with each friend's list opening right next to the roster. Also in this version: • Marking something Seen is one tap, and rating it afterwards is optional • Search now lives inside The list on iPad • Keyboard shortcuts and trackpad support throughout • A clearer Letterboxd import, and pasted lists now ask you when two titles share a name

Fixes: • Friend invite links now open the invite when you tap them, including right after signing in. • Friends without a username no longer show as a bare "@". • You can now pick up to ten favourites on your profile.
