Great Concept, but Pronunciation Practice Needs Improvement

The introductory cheat sheet lesson is great for hearing Vietnamese tones, and the flashcards are helpful for listening. I also saw a review mentioning Viet 101, but I couldn’t find that lesson, so I may have missed it.I’d love to practice individual words and get more precise pronunciation feedback. For example, “rất” is difficult for me to pronounce in roadmap sentences. Feedback like “use a higher tone” can be hard for beginners to understand, so more specific guidance would help us improve and build confidence before moving into free-form conversations.Overall, I really like the concept of the app and can see how helpful it could be with a few refinements!
Communication App from a Dev with Great Communication!

Polished, clean, easy to navigate. Those are expected from every app nowadays. And while it's clear there are areas that could use a bit more buff-and-shine, I'm confident it will be blemish-free in no time. I've had this for less than a week and over that short time the improvements are striking! The dev(s) is very friendly and open to fielding user input directly. I noted something that I'd like to see implemented and before I knew it, I received a warm response that the feature was already on its way to production!You don't get that sort of access dev teams often, so I'm sticking around. Not to mention, this app has *actually* helped my retention capability. To those chagrined about their own experience, all I can say is you get what you put in!
Genuinely helpful tool for heritage speakers

the app works surprisingly well and I appreciate the fact that it has southern dialect as well, which makes this app stand out from other resources that primarily target the northern dialect. Yes, sometimes the AI doesnt hear you properly despite the clear pronnounciation, but I also understand that the app is still new and so these small issues will be fixed with time. But it’s a great learning app!!

I got the yearly plan and I can’t think of going back to using other apps. The best part is the hearing part because the voices just sound so natural, it recreates real life Vietnamese situations. Can’t recommend enough!!
