Background timing depends on iOS and Google Health availability. SUPPORTED DATA • Activity: steps, workouts, active energy, resting energy, and floors climbed • Heart and fitness: heart rate, resting heart rate, compatible HRV (SDNN), and VO2 max • Sleep and breathing: sleep stages, blood oxygen, and respiratory rate • Body: weight, body fat, height, and body temperature • Other: blood glucose and water intake Available data depends on your source and permissions. Only compatible records can be copied to the Health app. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL FitSend does not sell health data or use it for advertising. Health values are processed temporarily to provide syncing and requested insights. We do not keep a permanent copy of your raw health history. Updates to the Health app happen on your iPhone. In Settings, remove FitSend-added Health records, disconnect Google, export account data, or delete your FitSend account. Records from other apps stay untouched. FitSend does not connect directly to your Fitbit device; source data must first be available through Google Health.
