TaskIt — Goodbye Follow-ups
Assign tasks. Get them done.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Stop chasing people for updates. TaskIt is the task app with a built-in AI assistant that does your follow-ups for you.
Assign a task to anyone on your team — by voice or in two taps — and TaskIt's assistant politely follows up, collects replies, escalates when things go overdue, and briefs you every morning. Your team doesn't need training, sign-ups, or a manual. If they can use a chat app, they can use TaskIt.
WHY TEAMS LOVE TASKIT
• Speak it, assign it — Hold the mic, say "Ask Priya to fix the showroom AC by Friday evening", and the task is created, assigned, and scheduled.
• Goodbye follow-ups — The assistant checks in before the deadline, nudges politely when it passes, and hands the thread back to you only when a human is needed.
• Task chat, like WhatsApp — Every task is a chat. Photos, files, voice notes, read receipts, and a "Seen by" list so you know exactly who saw what and when.
• Gentle reminders — Set human-style triggers like "every morning until done" or a custom time. Your team gets a friendly nudge, not an alarm.
• Forms & reports — Collect structured updates (readings, checklists, photos) and get clean reports without spreadsheets.
• Morning briefing — One message each morning: what's due, what's overdue, who's waiting on whom.
• Score & report cards — See who closes on time and who needs help, per person and per week.
WHO IT'S FOR
Business owners, shop and factory managers, clinics, agencies, site supervisors, families — anyone who gives work to others and is tired of asking "done yet?"
