Finishing a round is quicker now, with a proper SKIP button on screen from the start. Tap the board while it's up and you're straight in the Table, and sharing your score is right there too. Gone up a level? It shows your number actually climbing now, not just landing on the new one. Also fixed a crash on some phones.

Your level shirt now shows wherever you turn up on the Table, not just the weekly one. Open anyone's card from any board and it's actually there. Achievements were quietly broken since launch, unlocking for nobody. Fixed. Go check your trophy cabinet. A couple of sharper reads for the guesser too: loan spells sort properly, and a name typed close enough now gets you there.

New: a STREAK tab, right next to Day and Week. See who's got the longest run going, among friends or everyone. Haven't claimed a name yet? The Table now shows you a real, live spot and lets you grab it right there. Extra Packs now tell you what you actually solved, your rank against everyone else, and let you share it when you finish one. Streak and average score get their own little icons on player cards too.

Level shirts on the Table are bigger now, so the number actually reads instead of you squinting at it. Your own shirt in the bar at the bottom's lost the white box round it too, it just sits on the blue like it should. Tap the shirt on anyone's card and it opens the ladder, all 25 levels, so you can see where they've got to. A few small Table fixes besides.

Earn a pack and it used to disappear off your home screen. It stays put now, until you actually open it. Twenty-one cards had a club wrong. Ten had a player never turning out for a club he did play for, eleven named one he'd already left. All sorted. And if he's still at his club, his appearances read "more than" now, rather than a number that went stale the day we shipped it.

Your own row on the Table now shows where you actually are, instead of a dash while it works it out. The player card's had a rebuild. It tells you about the player rather than marking you against them, and their medals sit under Table Honours so it's obvious what they're for. The numbers on those medals sit straight now. They were leaning. Nobody meant them to. Last week's podium medal is faded but still readable, and there's a stack of small type fixes across the Table.

Opened today's card, got pulled away, never got back to it? There was meant to be a reminder for that. It never once turned up. It does now, and it looks like us instead of a blank grey circle. It used to go quiet for most of the afternoon and evening too, which is daft, because that's exactly when you're running out of day. Fixed. On the Table, your own row now stays put where you can see it. No more scrolling past twenty names to find yourself. A Practice Pack you'd earned could get turned down if the share went wrong on iPhone. It can't now. And a few cards had details that weren't right. Sorted.

Cards now show the club a player's actually at. That never really worked before, so plenty were still showing clubs people left years ago. The trophies clue has gone. It was telling you Champions League winners had won nothing. Your score percentage stopped rounding in your favor. Cancel a share by mistake and the button's still there. Reply to a challenge and it says whether you won or lost. Get promoted and we actually tell you.

Tidy-up week. The Table shows properly now if you've not played yet, instead of sitting there half empty. Settings and the first few screens have had a going over too. Oh, and Robinho's a forward. Sorry, Robinho.

Nothing dramatic this time. A few fixes and a bit of a tidy up. The bottom bar now tells you when something's waiting on you, and the reminder after a round makes more sense than it did. The rest is bugs. The sort you'd only notice if they'd been getting on your nerves.

A big one, since it's been a while. YOUR LEAGUE RUNS MONDAY TO SUNDAY The Table used to rank on a single day's score, which meant a lot of people tied on the same number and the order was close to a coin toss. It's a week now. Seven days added up, everyone starts again on Monday. Miss a day and you just don't score for it. One won't put you out of it. Two will hurt. Each row has seven little blocks, one a day, so you can see somebody's whole week at a glance. BADGES Everyone's level shows on their row, and you can tap anyone to see their card. THE END OF A ROUND IS TIDIER One score, one share button. If you didn't get the name there's no big fat 0 any more, and the app won't ask you to share a score you haven't got. Come back later and you land straight on your result instead of a list of clubs. ALSO If somebody accepts your invitation you'll actually be told now. There's a switch in Settings if you'd rather not appear on the public board. And a handful of smaller fixes: sharing after a reinstall could send out a score you hadn't actually got, challenge links sometimes landed you in the wrong place, and Turkish dates were spelled wrong two months of the year.

You've got a league now. Finish a Journey and you climb. Twenty five divisions, with your badge sat on the Home screen. Practice Packs have landed as well. Twenty more cards to get through when one a day isn't enough. Bit of a tidy up elsewhere. Your score card looks better when you share it, and the clue tiles finally read in your own language instead of English.

First iPhone update in a while, so there's a fair bit in here. Challenge links actually deliver the challenge now. Clean Sheet is bright and modern. Scoreboard 95 is all blocks and bold type, like the results coming in on a Saturday teatime. Same game underneath, switch whenever you like. A BETTER RESULT SCREEN Your score, then the challenge, then tomorrow's reminder. The points breakdown folds away instead of pushing everything down the page. SHARE CARDS WORTH SENDING Rebuilt from scratch. Your score, the blocks you filled, and never the answer. A challenge link for a Journey you have already played takes you to the score comparison rather than offering a replay it cannot give you. Every control answers back under your thumb.
