QUIT MORE THAN ONE THING
Nicotine, alcohol, weed, porn, scrolling, sugar, gambling, or something only you can name. Each one keeps its own counter, its own calendar and its own history. Slipping on one doesn't touch the others.
ONE CHECK-IN A DAY
Say how the day went. Your otter reacts. It takes seconds, and it's what brings you back tomorrow.
A bad day never costs you anything. The bar only ever goes up — which is exactly why it's safe to answer honestly.
WHEN THE URGE HITS
When an urge hits, open the app, breathe with your otter until it passes, and note what set it off. After a few, they stop taking you by surprise.
SOMETHING TO DO INSTEAD
Fourteen small games, all free: pop bubbles, follow a rhythm, catch fish with your otter. They exist for the ten minutes you have to get through — and none of them can be lost.
TALK TO YOUR OTTER
Tell it what's going on, at 2am if that's when it hits. It knows how many days you've kept, what you logged and what usually sets you off, so you're not explaining yourself from scratch. It's a chat, not a therapist — and it says so when something needs a real person.
