QUOTE FIRST, INVOICE AFTER
Build a quote in front of the customer. When they say yes, convert it to an
invoice in one tap: same line items, same totals, a new number. Every job
shows where it stands, from draft through sent, accepted and paid.
A PRICE LIST FOR YOUR TRADE
Pick your trade during setup and a starting price list loads for it, with the
usual labour and materials already grouped by category. Set your hourly rate,
after-hours rate and call-out fee once, then add items to a job in seconds.
Anything you type on the fly can be saved back to the list.
INVOICES THAT LOOK RIGHT
Your logo, your tax number, your bank details and your signature on every
document. Numbered automatically, tax worked out for you, and an item table
your customer can actually read. Send the PDF from your phone the same way
you already send everything else.
TAX WHERE YOU WORK
The app asks for the number your country issues, calls the tax
what your country calls it, and prints the wording a tax invoice needs there.
Enter prices inclusive or exclusive, whichever way you work. Keep more than
one rate for the jobs that need it, including zero-rated and exempt work.
KNOW WHERE THE MONEY IS
A report that adds up what came in, what is still owed and how many customers
owe it, by week, month or quarter, with the hours you billed beside it.
