WHAT TOVA DOES
Most affirmation apps hand you a library of phrases written for
everyone. Tova does the opposite. It asks you a few questions no one
usually asks, then writes a single text out of your answers — about
your life, in your language. That text is your manifesto.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Answer a short set of questions. Some are easy. A few take a
minute of honesty.
2. Tova writes your manifesto from what you said.
3. Listen to it in a calm voice, with silence, rain or forest
behind it.
4. Come back tomorrow and write the next one.
The first manifesto takes about five minutes. Every one after that
takes less.
