A free unlock every morning
- At your wake time the lock ends automatically.

- A single lock runs between 1 and 12 hours and never longer, so morning always arrives.
Calls and texts are never locked
- Calls, texts and emergency dialing keep working the whole time.
- You stay reachable for the people and the moments that matter.
The schedule is fixed once the lock starts
- After bedtime you can't move the times until morning.
- That's the whole point: 1 a.m. you doesn't get to overrule 10 p.m. you.
Early unlock, if you truly need it (optional)

Sleep Focus is a self-control tool that you set up yourself. It never holds your phone hostage.
- The lock only ever runs during the window you set yourself.
- At your wake time it unlocks automatically, at no cost.
- Turning off the Screen Time permission in iOS Settings, or deleting the app, ends the lock at any time.
- The paid early unlock is optional and is never required to get out.
