v1.4.0 - New Anniversaries: record the day you got together, a birthday, or a day to count down to, and Inkday works out the years, months, and days (or just the total days). Free for 3; Inkday Pro removes the limit and adds custom colors and milestone intervals. - Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets (iPhone and iPad): see how long it's been, or how many days are left, at a glance. The medium size can show several anniversaries side by side. - Milestone reminders: on day 100, 500, 1000 and every anniversary. That day is also marked in your diary, calendar, and list, and one tap adds the sentence to your entry. - Import from Calendar: pick an event straight from your Calendar when adding an anniversary, or turn a day's event in your diary into one with a tap. - Inkday Pro: "On This Day" for an anniversary, looking back at what you wrote on each past anniversary. - Fixed an occasional crash in the diary calendar. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.3.0 - Record the day's activity (iPhone and iPad): new entries can automatically save the day's active energy from Health. With Inkday Pro you also get steps, exercise minutes, and full workouts (type, duration, distance, pace, heart rate, and more). - Fill in the gaps: backfill older entries not yet captured on this device in one tap from Settings, and figures captured earlier in the day update automatically to the full-day numbers the next day. - Stays on this device: activity data doesn't sync with your entry through iCloud — capture it separately on your other devices (like an iPad) to see it there too. - Turn off "Record the day's activity when creating an entry" anytime in Settings. - Fixed the app name showing as "Inkday Dev" on the Home Screen. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.2.2 - Download photos and videos: in the full-screen viewer, save a single item or a whole day's photos and videos back to Photos (choose a folder on Mac) — easy to share or back up. - Look back further on the calendar: the media calendar now scrolls all the way back to any past date, so you can tap a day and backfill an older entry — no import needed. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.2.1 - Share with a friend: invite friends to Inkday right from Settings — a journal with no subscription, where data stays in their own iCloud. - Smoother sync: syncing across devices no longer freezes the screen, and a small “Syncing…” indicator keeps you posted. - Fixed video playback that could be silenced by the mute switch. - New “What’s New” screen so you can revisit what each update brings, anytime from Settings. - Added anonymous usage and crash diagnostics to find and fix problems faster — never your journal content. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.2.0 - Full-screen media: tap any photo or video to view it full-screen, and swipe through all of that day's media. - Daily cover: pick a signature photo for each day, so it stands out at a glance in the list and calendar. - New media calendar: browse a whole month as photo thumbnails and switch freely between List and Calendar, like an album. - Smoother browsing: much faster thumbnail loading and calendar scrolling — setting a cover and switching months no longer stutter. - Handier search: the search bar moved to the bottom of the screen, within easy reach. - Fixed a rare crash when opening an entry from a notification. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.1.2 - Added iCloud sync status alerts: if syncing ever runs into trouble, Inkday now lets you know and offers "Try Syncing Again" — and your entries always stay safe on your device. - Fixed a rare crash when opening an entry from a notification. - Fixed an issue where content could be lost while editing an entry. - Layout refinements for On This Day and the import screen on Mac. - Other fixes and stability improvements. v1.1.1 - Fixed an iCloud sync issue on some devices (especially Mac) so your entries stay in sync more reliably across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. - Other fixes and stability improvements. Have feedback? Email kimiyin@gmail.com

- Calendar snapshots: when you add an entry, save that day's calendar events as a text snapshot — look back even after switching calendars or phones. Choose which calendars to include (Inkday Pro). - Dark mode: follow the system, or stay light or dark. Themes go from five to seven, each with its own dark palette. - Older entries without a location can now be tagged with your current location and that day's weather, on demand. - Various polish and stability improvements.
