Follow a quiet ocean animation, optional paced breathing, haptics, and an elapsed timer. Use breathing guidance only at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Optionally save intensity changes, duration, triggers, symptoms, and coping actions. Review each completed episode as a rise, crest, and fall curve.
・Build your own evidence archive
See counts of episodes you marked complete, average and median duration, time to peak, and calm intervals. Create a shareable evidence card or export your records.
・Ten built-in learning cards
Read short, offline explanations about body responses, breathing, attention, and safety behaviors.
Records stay on device and no account is required. Supported screens may show a bottom banner; full-screen ads may appear only at natural pauses after a record is saved or skipped. An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase hides both formats.
