SecureEyes: IP Camera Viewer
ONVIF & RTSP player, no cloud
Free · In‑App Purchases
Every ONVIF and RTSP camera you own on one private wall. Straight from the camera to your screen: no account, no cloud, no app per brand. Free for three cameras.
SecureEyes puts every IP camera you own on one private wall. It connects straight to ONVIF and RTSP cameras over your own network, so live video goes from the camera to your screen and nowhere else. No account. No cloud. No separate app for each brand.
ONE WALL FOR EVERY BRAND
Discovery finds ONVIF cameras on your Wi-Fi, or add one by its address. Cameras from different makers sit side by side: Dahua, Reolink, Hikvision, TP-Link Tapo, and any camera or NVR that speaks ONVIF or RTSP. H.264 and H.265, main and sub streams.
BUILT FOR IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC
A focus view on iPhone, a monitoring layout on iPad, and a video wall on the Mac. Grids from one camera to sixteen, feature-first and panorama layouts, drag to reorder, and paging when you have more cameras than tiles. A camera with two lenses gets two tiles.
EVENTS, ON YOUR DEVICE
Motion becomes a timeline. Person, vehicle and animal are recognised on the device with Apple Vision, captions are written locally, and nothing is uploaded. Seven days of history by default, with the resolution and retention under your control. Save a still, share it, or export it to Photos, only when you choose to.
CLIPS
Record a stretch of live video to a clip, keep it in the Clips library, then share or export it.
CONTROL THE CAMERA
Pan, tilt and zoom on cameras that have it. Night vision and the spotlight. Encoder settings on cameras that accept them, so a camera that ships a 4K substream can be told to behave. Reboot from your phone.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
Camera passwords live in the Apple Keychain. There is no SecureEyes account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
MOVE AND SYNC
Move your setup to a new device with a code or a QR, encrypted with a PIN. Keep cameras and settings in step across your devices with iCloud, off until you turn it on.
PLANS
Free: three cameras, no account, nothing to pay.
Standard: up to sixteen cameras, every layout, locations, device transfer, iCloud sync, biometric lock, and the camera controls. Buy once, or subscribe monthly.
Pro: no camera limit, and the SecureEyes Hub. Buy once, or subscribe monthly.
THE SECUREEYES HUB, WITH PRO
An always-on service on a machine you own, a Raspberry Pi or any Linux box. It pulls each camera once and serves every device from that, records continuously to a disk you own, and gives you a timeline you can scrub, with clips cut from footage it already holds. Watch from anywhere, sealed end to end to your own Hub, with no port opened on your router. Remote access is a preview while it proves itself.
WORKS WITH
Any camera or NVR that speaks ONVIF or RTSP. Tested against Dahua, Reolink, Hikvision and TP-Link Tapo. When a camera does not work, the app says which part did not, and the knowledge base at secureeyes.app says what we have tested ourselves.
The camera limit applies per device. Purchases restore on any device signed in with your Apple ID. Standard and Pro lifetime are one-time purchases. Standard and Pro yearly and monthly renew until cancelled in the App Store.

Ratings & Reviews

A name that says what it is: SecureEyes: IP Camera Viewer. On the Mac, the window title says it too.
Coming from 1.1.0? Here is everything 1.2 brought.
Yearly plans. Standard and Pro can now be paid once a year, beside the one-time purchase and the monthly plan, and the plans sheet shows what a year saves against twelve months.
Your plan on every device. A subscription bought on one device is recognised on your others without pressing Restore, and a plan is not taken away while Apple says it still stands.
Cameras that refuse a sign-in say so. A camera that rejects its password says so on its tile, with a Sign in again button, instead of reconnecting every few seconds. The camera test page says why a stream could not be found.
Stills sooner. A camera you add shows its still in the strip within seconds, and a camera that cannot serve a snapshot takes its still from its live picture once it plays.
Snooze a camera. On Live, tap Settings under the camera and choose Snooze: 15 minutes, an hour or until tomorrow morning. No banners or sounds from it until then, while its events are still recorded and counted. An event banner has its own Snooze button. The camera's alert settings are untouched and it comes back on its own.
Recording. Press Record and the clip starts up to two seconds before the press, from whichever stream of that camera is already playing, so a grid on the low-resolution stream still gives you the lead. A camera recorded by a Hub now records only on the Hub, never on this device.
Sync for households. A device that has not synced for a week no longer owns the camera list. With sync on, a reset asks which device owns the list afterwards and offers to remove devices not seen for over a week. When you turn sync on, Keep both keeps every camera you added while sync was off. Changes made with sync off reach your other devices when sync comes back, and cameras removed one at a time stay removed.
Where you are. With two or more locations, a location without a Hub that you are not at is marked "Not here" and its cameras are not opened. A location can be switched off on one device alone.
Events feed lighter. Scrolling a long day is smoother, and a still that will not load is hidden rather than shown broken.
Your Hub in your language. A Hub's refusals read in your language, with the Hub's code. Scanning the code of a Hub this device already knows reconnects to it instead of stopping at "already paired".
Away from home, more cameras. Each device can watch up to sixteen cameras at once through a Hub on this update, up from four.
The Light button's tooltip and VoiceOver name the light it switches: the spotlight or the night-vision light.
Hub 0.12. Watch back marks where nothing was recorded and where recording started again. The Hub's Events page keeps loading a long day. The licence reads as renewing itself every day, not as ending on a date a month away. A slow recording disk pauses recording instead of ending it, and the Cameras tab says why a camera is in trouble and what to check.
