Hazri Book replaces the paper attendance register that contracting companies keep
for site crews. Every check-in and check-out carries a photo, a GPS position and a
server-recorded timestamp, so a day's attendance is something you can prove rather
than something someone remembers.
Built for Gulf contracting
Hazri Book is made for the way construction and labour supply actually work in
Saudi Arabia and the UAE: crews that move between sites, supervisors who mark a
whole gang at once, overtime that has to be authorised before it is paid, and a
month that has to be closed and handed to payroll.
FOR WORKERS
• Check in and out in seconds — take the selfie, the app does the rest
• Works with no signal. Punches are stored on the phone and sync when connectivity
returns, so a day on a remote site is never lost

VERIFIABLE BY DESIGN
• The time that counts is recorded by the server, never the phone. The phone's own
clock is stored separately so tampering shows up instead of hiding
• Every punch is evaluated against the assigned site's geofence. A punch from
outside is flagged for review, never silently dropped
• Captured attendance is append-only. Corrections are added as tagged entries with
an author and a reason, so the original record survives
• Photos are never public. They are served only through short-lived signed links,
to authorised office staff
