Paper brain sheets get shredded on the way out. This one does too - it just lives in your pocket instead, and it never sends a patient's name anywhere. When your shift ends, the sheet grinds up like it went through a shredder and it's gone. Patient information never leaves this phone. No server, no account, nothing to sign into. Open the app and today's grid is already there. The brain sheet you fold into your scrub pocket, rebuilt for your phone. Start of shift Pick your unit, day or night, how many patients you're carrying. The grid lays itself out. During the shift Room, initials, code status, allergies, cautions. Tasks and meds sit on a timeline, and "right now" is always at the top. Tap once to check something off. Quick notes and lab values go in with gloves on, in the hallway, in ten seconds. Handoff Each patient laid out in SBAR order, one screen at a time. It's a cheat sheet for your mouth, not a document. There is no export, no PDF, no print, no share sheet anywhere in this app, on purpose. End of shift Hit Shred. The sheet tears into strips, falls apart, and the data is deleted for good. Forget to shred? It shreds itself after your shift, before anyone opens the app. Built so there is nothing to leak There are no fields for full name, date of birth, or MRN. Room and initials are enough. Nothing is uploaded, because there's nowhere to upload to. Sheets are stored outside your iCloud backup, hidden from the app switcher, and lockable with Face ID. Works with no signal, no wifi, no login, on your worst charting day. A personal memo tool. Not a medical device, not an EMR, not a charting system, and no help with diagnosis or medication decisions.
