roster: Freelancer Workspace
Your clients, all in one place
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
One place for you and every client.
roster keeps the whole freelancer–client relationship together: agreements, jobs, messages, calls, files and billing. It's for independent pros who stay with their clients long after the first job, and for clients who'd rather not hunt through email, texts and invoices to find out where things stand.
FOR FREELANCERS
• A roster book of every client, sorted by what needs you today
• A hub per client: overview, messages, work, files, billing
• Agreements with deposits and milestones, charged when your client approves
• Support plans that bill conversations and calls the way you agreed
• Threads per topic, with photos, videos and files
• Voice and video calls, with recording and AI summaries on Pro and Business
• Appointments your client accepts in one tap
• Weekly payouts through Stripe, or Payout now
• Billing history and reports for tax time
FOR CLIENTS
• Every freelancer you work with, in one list
• Approve milestones and pay securely in the app
• One clear record of what was agreed, said and paid
• Not on roster yet? Your freelancer can still reach you by email
PLANS
