Fallow: Focus App Blocker

Quit your apps cold turkey

Free · In‑App Purchases

Protect your mental health. Let your mind rest like a fallow field. A simple, beautiful distraction blocker to help you regain elite focus. Go cold turkey on the apps that eat your time. Fallow blocks your chosen apps all day, every day, and opens them only during one free window you set. 19:00 to 22:00, or whatever fits your life. No streaks, no gamification, no daily decisions. You set it once and stop thinking about it. HOW IT WORKS Pick a blocklist (or block everything except an allowlist). Choose your free window. Done. Fallow enforces it through Apple's own Screen Time system, so blocked means blocked. THE RULES PROTECT YOU FROM YOURSELF Tightening the block, adding apps, shortening the window, switching a lock on, is always allowed and applies instantly. Loosening it can only be requested during the free window, and never lands the same day. Optional locks stop app deletion and clock changes, so there's no back door to argue with at 1am. SIMPLE ON PURPOSE No account. No analytics dashboard you'll never open. No bloated features. A field is left fallow so it can recover. Your attention works the same way.
