Score your morning, find your trigger, drain in three minutes. Some mornings you wake up puffy and some mornings you don't. Ebb is built on the idea that this is not random — and that you can find out what actually causes it. A MORNING SCORE, NOT A STREAK Every morning you report four zones — face and jaw, belly, legs and ankles, hands and arms — on a five-point scale. Thirty seconds. That becomes your Morning Score. The score is daily, and it deliberately does not accumulate. Lymphatic drainage moves fluid that is already there, and the effect lasts hours, not weeks. Anything that showed you a number climbing forever would be selling you a story. YOUR PERSONAL TRIGGER MAP Salty meal. Short sleep. A flight. Alcohol. The week before your period. You tag what happened the evening before, and Ebb compares the mornings that followed a trigger against the mornings that didn't. It holds itself to honest thresholds: at least eight mornings on each side before it will name anything, and effects smaller than three points are reported as no clear effect rather than dressed up as a finding. If nothing stands out, it says so. GUIDED SESSIONS, DRAWN RATHER THAN FILMED Fourteen self-massage sessions by zone and by occasion — the morning ritual, before a flight, cycle days, after a salty day, an evening for tired legs, and quick fixes for when there is no mirror. Every stroke is drawn as a path with an arrowhead, because the direction is the part that matters: lymph moves toward nodes, never away from them. Face and neck route to the ear and then down to the collarbone. That is checked against clinical self-massage guidance, not guessed at from a video. Facial sessions run by hand or with a gua sha stone. The route is identical — anatomy does not change — but the grip, the pressure and the safety notes do. EVERY CLAIM CARRIES A GRADE Twenty-two articles, each marked Established, Emerging, Early or Myth, and the ones without a solid study behind them say so in plain language instead of borrowing a citation that sounds more certain than it is. Including the one the whole category gets wrong: lymph does not flush toxins. Your liver and kidneys do that. Puffiness is fluid, and fluid is what this app is about. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No tracking. Nothing leaves your phone. Apple Health is read-only, and only for weight and workouts. Ebb is a wellness app for everyday puffiness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything, including lymphoedema. If swelling is sudden, one-sided or painful, the app will tell you to see a doctor.
