When your baby wakes several times a night, the last thing you want is to reconstruct when they fed, how long they slept, or who changed the last diaper. Closeby helps both parents log what matters and keep one clear care history for the family. Open, tap, done. Log frequent events with one hand, without filling out a long form. The dashboard immediately shows how much time has passed since the latest feeding, sleep session, or diaper change. FEEDING WITHOUT GUESSWORK Record breastfeeding, bottled breast milk, formula, solids, and pumping. When you need more detail, add the left, right, or both breasts, an amount in milliliters or grams, and an optional note. SLEEP AND EVERYDAY CARE Start and stop a timer for sleep or feeding. Log diaper changes, medicine, and bath time. When Live Activities are allowed, the active timer stays on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you do not have to search for the app in the middle of the night. WHEN YOU FORGET OR MAKE A MISTAKE Backdate an event, correct its time or details, undo the latest entry, or delete an incorrect record. Your history remains useful even when you could not log something right away. ONE LOG FOR TWO PARENTS Invite your partner through iCloud. Both of you can see the shared history and the name of the person who added each entry. There is no separate account or new password to manage. The app keeps logging locally without internet access and syncs again when a connection is available. WHEN YOUR HANDS ARE FULL Use widgets, Siri, Shortcuts, and Control Center to add quick entries. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show recent events without opening the app. REMINDERS, HISTORY, AND EXPORTS Set a daily reminder so the next task does not have to live in your head. Review your complete history without a time limit and export it as CSV. Premium adds PDF reports for a selected period and reminders scheduled after an event. CLEAR, DESCRIPTIVE INSIGHTS The free Today summary shows event counts and session duration. Premium compares periods and provides detailed feeding, sleep, and diaper metrics. Closeby does not diagnose conditions or provide medical advice. WHAT IS FREE The core log, complete history, Today summary, full-history CSV export, one daily reminder, iCloud sharing with your partner, widgets, Siri, Shortcuts, and Control Center are free and contain no ads. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks advanced insights, PDF reports, unlimited and after-event reminders, and custom categories and actions. Your care log is stored on your device and syncs through your private iCloud container when iCloud is available. Only people you invite can access a shared history. Closeby has no advertising SDK and does not sell personal data. Firebase Analytics receives technical product-usage and Premium purchase events, but not diary contents, names, notes, care types, dates, times, or amounts.
