OkawvilleWX 1.3 comes to Apple Watch. See Okawville's current conditions, the next hours, and the week on your wrist, with active NWS alerts first. Add complications for current conditions, temperature, wind, UV, sun, pressure, air quality, and the hourly and daily forecast. On watchOS 26, your watch face updates the moment a warning is issued or clears.
On iPhone, a full-page Current Conditions widget on iOS 27 and new Lock Screen hourly and daily forecast widgets bring more of the weather to your Home and Lock Screens.
Siri now understands OkawvilleWX's alerts, forecast discussion, station reading, and severe weather outlooks. It can answer about what's on screen, read an alert's safety instructions, and find active alerts and the forecast discussion in Spotlight.
New installs start with Apple's standard notification prompt and only NWS alerts on; SPC outlook, record, and Live Activity notifications are a switch away in Settings.
Also in this release: temperature, rain, and wind views of the hourly forecast; a nitrogen dioxide tile on the Air Quality card; a fix for a crash when reading some forecast discussions; and a fix for outlook notifications resetting the app badge.
