408 Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques, every one locked until you learn it. Log a session in under 15 seconds and watch your dex fill in, move by move. Two weeks after class, can you still name what you were taught? JiuJiu turns Brazilian jiu-jitsu into a catalog you collect. 408 techniques, each one an entry that switches on the first time you learn it and levels up as you put mat time behind it. COLLECT THE CATALOG Every technique starts locked and greyed out. The first time you log it, the card turns on and stamps the date you learned it. You are not staring at an empty journal. You are filling a dex. FIVE LEVELS PER TECHNIQUE I, you saw it. II, you learned it. III, you used it. IV, you taught it. V, you mastered it. Levels are drawn as belts, white through black with the red bar. The curve is exponential, because mastery is. YOU DECIDE WHEN IT LEVELS UP Mat time makes a technique eligible. A tap promotes it. JiuJiu never levels anything behind your back, and it will never guess when your next belt is coming. Your belt is recorded, not predicted. LOG A SESSION IN UNDER 15 SECONDS Open it, tap the moves you drilled, save. Recent-technique chips mean the usual night needs no keyboard at all. Gi or no-gi. Beginner, advanced, sparring, comp prep, open mat, or a gym session, because lifting is training too. Add minutes, intensity, notes and injuries when you want them and skip them when you don't. Nothing is required, not even a technique: the night you rolled and could not name a single thing is still a night on the mat. SEE THE SHAPE OF YOUR GAME - A radar across guard, passing, takedowns, submissions and escapes shows what you actually train and what you quietly avoid - A full year of training as a day-by-day grid - Belt and stripe history on a ladder that only ever climbs - Every technique keeps its own history, note by note BUILT SO YOU DON'T LOSE IT Every entry is written to an append-only journal and flushed to disk before it is committed, so a crash mid-session costs you nothing. Export the whole record to JSON or CSV whenever you like. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE No account. No feed. No leaderboard. Nothing to sign up for. Your training sits on your device and leaves only when you export it. Switch on iCloud backup and it mirrors to your own private iCloud, which nobody else can read. Leave it off and nothing leaves the phone. WHAT PREMIUM ADDS Logging is free for good, and so are all 408 techniques, every level you earn and the belt you hold. Premium adds your full session history, the six-axis radar, your belt and stripe history, the player card, unlimited custom techniques, iCloud backup and an app icon that wears your rank. Seven-day free trial, then monthly, yearly, or one payment for life. Add your own techniques when your gym calls something by a name nobody else uses. Built by someone who kept forgetting what Tuesday's class was about. Levels now take twice as many logged sessions to earn. Level V is a technique you have logged 150 times, which is closer to what mastering one actually costs. Some techniques will show a lower level than they did before. The new numbers apply to your whole Dex, so every technique is measured the same way no matter when you logged it. Nothing you logged is lost, and no mat time is gone — only the level the app draws from it. Setting up is clearer. Restoring past training no longer gets stuck when your iCloud account and your App Store account are not the same, and you can rate a technique on the same screen where you collect it. Got a code from your gym? Redeem it from the paywall. iCloud backup no longer duplicates your training. Importing a journal and then turning backup on, or two devices tidying up at the same moment, could leave a second copy of every row, or drop one. Both are fixed, and nothing is deleted now unless the app is certain which copy it is keeping. Restoring from iCloud needs an active subscription, the same as turning backup on. Settings is now More. The injury tile stops listing parts you already said were better, and the share cards read in the app's own voice.
