Pausr steps you away from the screen at the right time, then gets out of the way.
A long day on a Mac is not a neutral act. Your eyes stay locked at one distance, your shoulders creep up, and hours pass without a single real break. Pausr fixes that without turning your day into a chore.
THREE BREAKS, ON A RHYTHM YOU CHOOSE
- Eye break, 20 seconds. Look away and let your eyes unfocus.
- Stand-up break, 90 seconds. Get out of the chair and move.
- Long break, 15 minutes. Step away from the screen, for real.
Choose how often they come: often, medium or rarely. The health cadence stays the upper limit, never a nag.
ANNOUNCED, NEVER IMPOSED
Thirty seconds before a break, a small card tells you which one is coming. Start it now, or push it by 1, 5 or 15 minutes. Nothing ever takes your screen without warning.
IT WAITS FOR YOUR MEETING TO END
Pausr notices when you are on a call, sharing your screen, or playing a game in full screen, and stays quiet until you are done. No interruption at the worst possible moment, and no break silently lost either.

See the breaks you actually took, day by day and by type, with your daily average. See your screen time app by app, so you know where the hours went.
