• Getting started takes five steps. Photograph your pet's documents and the details are filled in for you to review — or enter them by hand. • Free trial: 7 days through the App Store, started from the plan screen; the price after the trial and the first charge date are shown next to the button. A partner code gives 30 days instead. Without a subscription everything you added stays readable and exportable, and you can keep your pet's basic details, weight and microchip, one regular medicine and one care task. Subscription and limits are now also shown on the Family screen. • The document card and the review step now show the same fields: clinic, veterinarian, document date, upload date, who added it, type and Summary. Summary is a short account of the document and replaces the title and the note. The review step no longer shows the app's own English retelling of the document. Document types are picked from one list grouped by section. New type: ECG and heart echo. After “Looks right” you return to the list of documents that need attention. A document that could not be processed can be sent for processing again. The “analysing” spinner stays until the “needs review” banner appears; banners and screens update without restarting the app. • Switching off “Chronic” no longer unticks the diagnosis. One-off illnesses from documents are saved to the card as past illnesses. Medicines found in prescriptions and discharge summaries are offered for your review, and you can set each one’s dosing schedule — times, days and a reminder — before saving it. The dosing schedule is now stored with the medicine itself: the pet card and the chronic care plan show each medicine with its schedule on one line. You can attach the source document to the plan, and “Plan history” shows what changed between versions. On the pet card, chronic diagnoses and allergies come first; surgeries and past illnesses are collapsed. Medication courses: start and end dates can be edited or turned off. Related sub-diagnoses from one document are grouped under the main diagnosis. • Successful uploads get a green check. Home and Documents show exactly how many documents are being processed, and the family limit includes that queue. Lab history charts use smooth curves, long gaps stay dashed, and the reference range is one continuous band averaged across the uploaded lab forms. Vaccination and titre expiry reminders follow when you edit the date. A pet with pending tasks gets a softly pulsing red outline on its tab.

• Documents are now photographed with the app's own camera, which opens with the rear camera and auto flash. You can also choose an existing document photo from your photo library. • The same file is no longer added to a pet's record twice, and if a document can't be added, the app tells you why. • An antibody titre from a lab report is now added to the pet's record automatically. The value appears on the document screen — check it against the scan and correct it if needed. • Email forwarding: PDFs and photos from a clinic's email now reach the app. An email sent to the family address waits until you choose the pet, and then its files go into that pet's record. • Reviewing entries read from photos: a microchip number or an entry the app couldn't read in full can be left out of the record with one button, and if there's nothing to save, the app explains why. • Shared family: if two people pay, the plan stays active as long as at least one of the subscriptions is. Members who don't pay see that another family member pays and where the subscription is managed, with no needless purchase buttons. You can now delete your account even if others stay in the family.
