Shep is the relationship platform for church teams. It holds each person's story, who is walking with them, and what needs to happen next, so no one goes missing. The iOS app is a full native app, built for the parking lot ten minutes after the conversation, while it is still true.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Write it on the spot. A note or a private 1 on 1, entered right after the meeting or the call.
• Prepare for a 1 on 1. Their whole story, the follow-ups still open, and suggested questions, read before you walk in.
• See who needs someone. Home shows your people, the celebrations coming up, who is new to the family, and who to keep in prayers.
• Mark a milestone. Salvation, baptism, a first small group. The celebration schedules itself.
• Set a reminder. For the follow-ups and the important dates coming up in someone's life.
• Take attendance. The headcount, and by hand the people you actually saw at church.
• Journeys. Baptism, membership, joining a group, one step at a time, with the team's next moves in one place.
• Stay in the loop. Push notifications for a mention, a follow-up due, a birthday on Friday.
THE KNOWN SCORE
A 0 to 100 score for how well your team is walking with each person. It does not score the person. It scores the team. No spiritual score. No leaderboard. Giving never touches it.
PRIVACY, BUILT IN
1 on 1s are always private. The team still sees that it happened. AI proposes and people confirm. The score is never shown to the person.
