To drop a Trace you have to be at the place, and Truway checks your location first. That's the whole app.
A Trace is a Moment (a photo and a few words) or a Review (was it worth it, would you go back). Both land on the map, on the actual spot.

The people you actually know, not everyone you've ever met. Every Trace goes to your Circle, a Crew, or everyone.
CREWS
Small groups for the places you go together. Gym people. Work lunch people. The ones you travel with.
REACTIONS
No likes here. You reply to a friend's Trace with a selfie, from wherever you are.
TRUWAY PROMPTS
Sometimes everyone gets the same prompt at the same time, and a few minutes to answer. Whatever you're doing is the post. No planning. No second takes.
SAVED PLACES
Anchor a place to come back to it later, and see which ones your people already hit.
No followers. No strangers. No highlight reel.
Just where your people actually went, and whether it was any good.
Taking a Trace works again.
Some people couldn't post at all the photo wouldn't save and the app sent them back to the start. That's fixed. If it happened to you, try again.
Your check-in stays put.
Opening the camera no longer loses the place you checked into.
Signing up doesn't break anymore.
The app could crash while you were typing your username. It doesn't.
No more email verification.
You're in as soon as you sign up. No waiting for a link.
If the camera can't open, the app says why.
