MicTask turns your voice notes into tasks in your Notion. Just talk, the way you'd talk to a colleague, and in seconds you have your tasks written, prioritized, and saved on the page you choose. HOW IT WORKS 1. Record a voice note, as long or short as you need. 2. AI transcribes what you say and separates the tasks from the rest. 3. Each task is written to your Notion database, ready to work on. BUILT FOR EVERYDAY USE · Business vocabulary: teach MicTask the names, clients, and products you use so transcription gets them right. · Formatting rules: choose language, tone, default priority, and how you want your tasks written. · Checklist history: mark tasks done right from the app, without opening Notion. · Offline queue: if you record without signal, the note is saved and sent automatically once you're back online. Nothing gets lost. · Widgets and Action Button: start recording from your Home Screen or your iPhone's side button, without opening the app. · Sign in with Apple or Google — no passwords to remember. YOUR PRIVACY Audio is deleted as soon as it's transcribed. We only keep a short excerpt of the text, so you can review your history without having to record again. PLANS MicTask works by subscription, with no free plan. Starter includes 60 minutes of audio per month; Pro includes 300 minutes per month, plus advanced formatting settings. Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time after purchase.
