The Rules of Engagement
1 Person Per Region: Each distinct color territory on the board can hold only one character.
No Neighbors Allowed: Characters cannot touch each other—not vertically, horizontally, or diagonally!
1 Per Row & Column: Just like Sudoku or the N-Queens problem, each row and column can contain exactly one character.
