HOLD TO MARK IT DONE
Each habit is a big card on Today. Hold it to mark it done. Habits with a target, like 8 glasses of water or 20 minutes of practice, fill a little at a time, so you always see how far you've come.
EARN MILESTONES
Your first milestone comes after one week, and more arrive as your streak grows. Each one has its own badge, ready to share.
SEE EVERY STREAK
Turn the cards over to open any habit's page: your current streak, your best, how often you hit your goal, every day of the year, and the next milestone to aim for.
TRACK IT YOUR WAY
• Check off: read, stretch, take vitamins
• Avoid: no caffeine, no smoking, no late-night snacks
• Target: count glasses of water, or time a practice with the built-in timer
• Every day, certain days, a few days a week, weekly, every two weeks or monthly
SOME HABITS TRACK THEMSELVES
Connect Apple Health for steps, exercise minutes, active energy and more, or use Screen Time to stay under a daily limit on the apps you choose. Keep On marks them done for you.
MISSED A DAY?
Tap an earlier day at the top of Today and hold the card to fill it in. Skip a day when you need a rest, and your streak stays intact.
HOME SCREEN, LOCK SCREEN AND APPLE WATCH
Mark habits done from Home Screen widgets and the Apple Watch app, and see your day at a glance on the Lock Screen.
REMINDERS
Set a reminder for any habit, and mark it done or skip it right from the notification.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your habits stay on your iPhone, with optional iCloud backup.
