Your position follows you between reading and listening, between chapters, and between your devices if you make an account. A REAL LIBRARY, NOT SAMPLES Whole books, start to finish. Classics you have been meaning to read for years, each one hand-picked and produced in full — with new titles added regularly. FREE Every book is free. There is no subscription, no trial, nothing to unlock and no in-app purchases. READS AND LISTENS OFFLINE Download a book over Wi-Fi and it works with no connection at all — on a plane, on the underground, in a tunnel. Choose text only to keep it small, or add the narration to listen offline too. You can remove the audio later and keep the book. CAN'T FIND A BOOK? ASK FOR IT Search the whole catalogue and vote for anything that hasn't been produced yet. Titles with the most votes get made next, and the book lands on your shelf when it is ready. MADE FOR READING Set the type size, read in scrolling or paged layout, choose light or dark, and keep bookmarks and notes on any passage. Narration keeps playing when the screen locks, with full controls from the lock screen and Control Center. ABOUT THE NARRATION The narration is AI-generated, produced in house, and timed to the text word by word. Some books are available in more than one voice — you can switch narrator mid-sentence and keep your exact place. Filiread is made by Filibooks, a family-owned publishing house in Denmark.
