Most calorie apps make you find the food first, then tell you the damage. FlipCal works the other way round.
Your dashboard already knows how many calories you have left. FlipCal turns that number into an answer: every real menu item that fits, drawn from major restaurant chains and their own official nutrition data.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Search by calories instead of by name, and see what 500 calories actually buys you.
• Widen or tighten the match with a tolerance range.
• Log meals, water and weight in a couple of taps.
• Set a daily calorie goal and protein, carbs and fat splits.
• Track your streak and earn achievements for staying consistent.
• Save favourites so the food you order often is always one tap away.
REAL MENU DATA
Every item comes from the chain's own published nutrition information, not crowd-sourced guesses. Calories, protein, carbs, fat and serving size for each dish. New chains are added over time.
BUILT TO BE QUICK
No barcode hunting, no photo scanning, no endless database of near-identical entries. Start from a number, get an answer, log it, move on.
FlipCal offers an optional subscription. Your data stays yours: you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
