The Organizer opens your documents, reads them, and files them into plain, readable folders. No account. No cloud. No sign-in. No network code of any kind — turn on Airplane Mode and nothing about the app changes. WHAT IT READS PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, HTML, CSV and plain text — plus scanned pages and photographs of documents, read on-device with Apple's Vision OCR, and audio and video, transcribed on-device. WHAT IT UNDERSTANDS It tells a lab result from a licence renewal, a recommendation letter from a CV, an insurance policy from a certificate, a tenancy contract from a payslip. Arabic and English content are both understood in depth. The interface speaks 41 languages. FOLDERS YOU CAN READ WITHOUT THE APP Everything lands in an ordinary folder tree — Finance, Medical, Legal, Education, Travel, Certificates, Résumé, Receipts and more. Open it in Finder or Files. Delete the app tomorrow and your filing still makes sense. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Preview first — see every proposed move, with a confidence score, before anything happens. • Observer Mode — the app only suggests. Nothing moves until you say so. • Undo — rewind an entire organize run, exactly, file by file. • Corrections stick — move something yourself and it remembers that placement for next time. DUPLICATES, SAFELY Byte-identical copies are grouped and set aside — never the last surviving copy of anything. AUTOPILOT Switch it on and new files are filed as they arrive. Still previewed, still undoable. CONFIDENTIAL VAULT Require Face ID, Touch ID or your password before sensitive categories can even be listed. FORGET EVERYTHING One button erases every fact and every correction the app has learned. Your files on disk are untouched. There is nothing to erase anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent anywhere else. MAC, IPAD AND IPHONE One app across all three, with a Share Sheet extension, a Home Screen widget and a Control Centre control. PRIVACY, PLAINLY The Organizer contains no networking code, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier and no third-party SDKs. Your documents are read by Apple's on-device frameworks and by a machine-learning model bundled inside the app — nothing is uploaded, and no model is ever downloaded.
