Hardline AI is a calisthenics coach that watches a video of your training and tells you what is actually wrong with your form.
Upload a clip. An AI model identifies the movement, grades it across six criteria, names the faults that matter, and writes you a plan to fix them.
WHAT COMES BACK
- The movement, and the position you actually performed, including all well-known progressions (eg: wall assisted handstand, tuck front lever, tuck planche, etc)
- Six criteria graded for that movement - body line, range, straight-arm, scapular control, balance, endurance, and others depending on the skill.
- The faults worth fixing, each with one physical cue: what to press, brace, squeeze or shift.
- A training plan - the drills, the dosage, and how often to run them.
- Milestone ladders for the skills with a real positional progression.
ELEVEN MOVEMENTS
Pull-ups, push-ups, squats, pistol squat, muscle-up, L-sit, handstand, handstand push-ups, front lever, back lever, planche.
WHEN A CLIP WILL NOT WORK
Hardline refuses a clip rather than guessing at it, and it names the reason: more than one person in frame, a movement it does not support, footage that is not calisthenics, a clip shorter than 3 seconds or longer than 2 minutes, or a camera angle that cannot show the thing being judged.
HOW TO FILM
Whole body in frame through the full movement. Side or front view. Ideally only you in shot. Light in front of you, not behind you. The app shows these before every analysis.
WHERE YOUR VIDEO GOES
The analysis does not run on your phone. To review a clip, Hardline uploads it - either as still frames sampled across the clip, or as the video file - over an encrypted connection to our analysis service, which passes it to a third-party AI model. Nothing identifying goes with it: no name, no age, height or weight, no email, no device identifier. We keep no copy once the analysis finishes, and your original video stays in your photo library untouched. An internet connection is required for every analysis.
SUBSCRIPTION
A subscription is what lets you produce a new analysis. Verdicts you have already produced stay readable whether or not your subscription is active.
A NOTE ON TRAINING
Hardline is looking at a video. It cannot see that your shoulder hurts. Never hold a position longer or attempt a skill just to produce a better grade. If something hurts, stop, and talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Hardline Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, available weekly, monthly and annually. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
