Delta reads your lab reports and keeps your whole health picture in one private place: Apple Health, training, nutrition, sleep and body composition next to every blood marker you have ever been tested for.

Photograph a printed blood panel or import the PDF. Delta reads the values, units and the reference range your lab printed, and files them by date. Reports from labs in 13 languages are supported. You can also type values by hand.
ONE PUBLISHED NUMBER
From nine common blood markers and your age, Delta computes an Adaptive Age using a fixed, published formula (phenotypic age, Levine et al., 2018). The formula, its inputs and its version are shown in the app under "How your score is computed". The same blood always gives the same number, and Delta never guesses a missing marker.

Every marker keeps its history. See what moved between two reports, in the units and against the range your lab printed.
APPLE HEALTH, MEALS, TRAINING, SLEEP
Connect Apple Health to see sleep, steps, heart rate, workouts and body composition beside your labs. Log meals by photo, barcode or search. Plan and log training. Track hydration, mood and mindful minutes.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no sign-in. Your data lives on your phone. Nothing is uploaded until you say so on a consent screen, and you can change your mind at any time in Me > Uploads. Where you choose to use the cloud report reader or meal reader, the image is read by a third-party AI service on Delta's behalf and then discarded. You can erase anything Delta's servers hold with one tap.

Delta is a general wellness and self-tracking app. It shows you your own results and one published formula. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it reminds you on every screen to check with your doctor before making medical decisions.

The Adaptive Age shown in Delta is calculated by a fixed, published formula (the
phenotypic age method described by Levine et al., 2018) applied to blood results
that you enter or import yourself. It is a research-derived estimate presented for
general wellness purposes. It has not been clinically validated for you
individually, and it cannot detect, rule out or monitor any disease or condition.
Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional in
addition to using this app, and before making any medical decision. Never
disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something
you have seen in Delta. Do not start, stop or change any medication, supplement or
course of treatment based on this app. If you think you may have a medical
emergency, contact your doctor or your local emergency services immediately.
Delta includes extended-fasting tools. Prolonged fasting is not safe for everyone.
Talk to your doctor before beginning any fast, particularly if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding, are living with diabetes, take medication that affects blood sugar
or blood pressure, or have any history of disordered eating.
