REFLECT WITH AI, ON YOUR OWN TERMS
Add your own Anthropic API key and Step 10 AI can offer a reflective response to what you've written, or talk it through with you in a chat that draws on your own recent entries. No key, no AI features — everything else works exactly the same either way, and nothing is ever sent anywhere until you choose to use one of these features.
A MORNING NUDGE, IF YOU WANT ONE
Answer "What could we have done better?" during a nightly review, and get a quiet reminder the next morning to come back to it — just a nudge, with nothing shown on the lock screen.
YOUR DATA, ON YOUR DEVICE
Everything you log stays on your phone. There's no account, no sign-in, and no server run by this app. Export your full log to a file whenever you want, and import it back in on another device.
PRIVACY, PLAINLY
Nothing you write ever leaves your device unless you actively use an AI feature — and even then, it goes straight from your phone to Anthropic's API, never through, and never retrievable by, the developer.
Step 10 AI is an independent app. In keeping with Tradition 6, it is not endorsed by, and has no affiliation with, AA or any other twelve-step fellowship.

This update adds a personalized 7th step prayer — build it together with Inventory chat, or write it yourself, then keep it one tap away on the landing screen. Falls back to the traditional wording until you personalize it, and can be reset any time.
Also in this update:
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your 7th step prayer and latest gratitude list
• Gratitude entries can now be edited after saving
• Exporting your log now grabs both your Spot Check and Nightly entries in one go
As always, nothing about how your entries are stored has changed.
