Already shows you the life you're building — with your own face in it.
One selfie becomes a photorealistic image of you already there: the home, the calm, the body, the work. Then a guided session each day — three, five or ten minutes, whichever you choose — built around a fresh image of that life, that walks you into the felt sense of already living it.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Name the life. A short set of questions about what you're moving toward.
2. Add one selfie. Already generates a photorealistic scene of you already there. No beauty filters.
3. Practice daily. Each day brings a new image and a new guided session — narrated, with ambient sound. Eyes closed, nothing to type.
That's the whole product. An image you recognize, and a few minutes a day with it.
WHAT YOU GET
• A photorealistic future self, generated from your own face
• A new image every day — the same life, a new angle
• Guided sessions of three, five or ten minutes, narrated with ambient sound
• A note from your future self — one line a day, written from the other side
• A gallery of thirty days: one scene, coming into focus
• Widgets and wallpapers, so it's there when you unlock your phone
• Streaks, because the practice is the point
WHY IT WORKS
MIT Media Lab's Future You study (2024) found that interacting with a realistic, personalized future self reduced anxiety and increased future-self continuity — how connected you feel to the person you're becoming. UCLA Anderson's Hal Hershfield, a co-author on that study, has spent more than a decade showing that this sense of continuity changes what people choose today.
That's the whole basis. No numerology, no scripting rules, no promises about what will show up.
PRIVATE
Your images are yours. There's no feed, no profile, no sharing, and no beauty filtering. Your gallery is visible only to you.
