Based on your choices, the app creates a calculated recipe draft tailored to you, which you can adjust and refine at any time. Develop ice cream recipes with confidence The guided recipe designer helps you build your recipe even without prior experience. The app explains why certain ingredients are suggested, which alternatives are available, and what changes when you leave an ingredient out. Experienced ice cream makers can create recipes entirely manually and review every technical value in detail. More than an ingredient list The app calculates, among other things: • water, fat, and sugar • milk solids and total solids • sweetness and freezing behavior • PAC and POD values • estimated serving temperature • energy and other recipe metrics The most important results are summarized in clear language.
