See your shifts, clock in and out, submit availability, and request leave — everything your ops team schedules on Noviq, now in your pocket. Noviq is the employee app for teams that run on the Noviq scheduler — ops rooms, NOCs, support desks, and every team that works in shifts. YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE • See your published schedule, today's shift, and what's next • Get notified when a schedule is published or changes CLOCK IN, HANDS FREE OF PAPERWORK • Punch in and out from your phone; your timesheet fills itself • Your employer may ask for a location check or a scan of the code at your work site when you clock IN — clocking OUT never is • Location is read at the punch moment only — never in the background, never between punches • Hand-typed hours always win over automatic ones AVAILABILITY AND LEAVE • Block the slots you can't work and send availability to your manager • Request vacation or sick leave and follow the approval live • Respond to shift-swap offers from teammates BUILT FOR REAL TEAMS • Full Hebrew + English, including right-to-left layout • Light and dark themes • Works offline with your last-known schedule Noviq requires a workspace account — your employer invites you.
