Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Municipalities: the official list now shows only the councils that answer reports on Baladi Map. Councils that have a desk but have not confirmed it yet are listed separately, as In talks, with the date the conversation started.

Add up to 4 photos to a report, chosen together or one at a time. Photos now come first, since the photo is usually what you have in hand when you decide to report. If a photo was taken where the problem is, the app offers to use its location, so you can report it later from home.

New: "Write with AI" on the report form. Type a few words about the problem and it writes a clear title and description for you to use, change or undo. Category suggestions now understand Lebanese Arabizi and French, so "joura" or "nid de poule" is recognised as a road problem.

Fixes adding a photo to a report you filed or are affected by, and reporting a repair with a photo. Neither was sending from the app. Both work now. "Add a photo" now shows on every open report. If you are not the reporter or affected, it tells you how to add one. The municipality's replies now appear in the discussion alongside residents' comments, in order, so an answer sits next to what it answers.

You can now add a photo to a report after you have sent it. If you filed the report, or pressed "I'm affected too", the report page has an "Add a photo" button. The photo stays private until a person at Baladi Map checks it and blurs faces and number plates, then it joins the report's photos. Settings now has "Send feedback", so you can tell us what is missing or what went wrong without leaving the app.

Bug fixes and improvements, including how a report is matched to the municipality responsible for it.

You can now tell us when something has been fixed. Open a report, send a photo, and a person checks it before the report is published as fixed. Every report now shows where it stands: published, seen by other residents, work started, repair reported, confirmed fixed. If the municipality has done something, it is shown on the report. The filters now search every report rather than only the newest ones, so Fixed and the categories show everything they should. The Issues tab opens on all of Lebanon, with Near me one tap away. Reporting is quicker: "I am here now" places the pin straight away, and the map keeps your zoom when you move it.

Baladi Map can now tell you what happens to your report: when it is published, when it is fixed, and when your municipality joins. You can turn notifications on when you first open the app, or any time from the Account tab. An account is not required.

Fixed reports now show how they were fixed, with a photo of the repair. The progress timeline turns green as a report advances, and its final step marks the repairs that have been photographed.

Tap a photo on a report to see the whole image. Fixes the municipality not updating when you move the pin.

Photos taken with the camera attach reliably again, and reports now submit instantly instead of waiting while the photo is processed. Tap any pin on the map to open its report. The map opens on Lebanon, and Noted reports can be filtered on their own. Switch language from the globe on the Issues and Map screens. Reporting now opens in its own sheet, so a stray tap cannot lose what you typed, and it suggests nearby reports of the same problem so you can confirm one instead of filing a duplicate. Every report shows its real status, and your own reports show whether they are pending review, published or declined.
