Shatterway
Tap. Shatter. Keep moving.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Hold to drop time to a quarter speed and pick your shot. Forty levels, three stars each, plus a new Daily corridor every day. Chapters 1-3 free forever, no ads.
There is one rule that makes this a game and not a shooting gallery: you only
have so many balls.
Shatterway is a first-person physics runner. You drift forward down a corridor of
glass. You throw steel balls at what is in your way. The glass comes apart in real
physics — every shard thrown from the point you hit it.
Miss, and that ball is gone. Let a pane reach you, and it costs you ten. Crystals
are the only way to get more. That is the whole tension, and it is why a level you
finished can still be played better.
TWO VERBS, ONE FINGER
Tap to throw. Hold to enter Focus: time drops to a quarter speed while you aim, on
a meter that drains as you hold it and refills when one ball breaks several. No
buttons on screen, ever.
BANK SHOTS
Steel plates bounce your throws. A pane behind a pillar cannot be hit directly —
it can be hit off the plate beside it. That is what makes these levels rather than
a corridor with things in it.
FORTY LEVELS, THREE STARS EACH
Reach the end. Let nothing touch you. Take every crystal. Three different ways to
play the same level, so finishing it is where a level starts being interesting.
FIVE PLACES
The Atrium, the Foundry, the Cistern, the Spire and the Aurora — each with its own
light, its own glass and its own problems to pose.
A NEW CORRIDOR EVERY DAY
The Daily Run is built from the date itself, so every player on earth runs the
same corridor on the same day. It is free whether or not you ever buy anything.
HONEST ABOUT MONEY
Free to download. Chapters 1-3 — twenty-four levels — are yours forever. One
payment of $4.99 unlocks chapters 4 and 5 and Endless. No subscription, no energy,
no timers, no second currency, and no ads.
No account and no ads. Your progress, stars and settings stay on this device.
Shatterway reports anonymous usage and crash data so we can see which levels are
too hard. Nothing else leaves the app unless you choose to write us feedback —
and then only what you typed.
Plays on iPhone and iPad.
