Qigong Academy is a video course in qigong, a Chinese system of health exercises, together with a tracker for your daily practice. Every lesson, lecture and live session is filmed by Mitry, a practising qigong instructor. This is not a collection of other people's videos. Free • A three-stage video course: joint mobility, breathing exercises, and static stances (horse stance, steel bridge, reverse bridge). • Each lesson is a separate video with a breakdown of the technique and its timing. • A daily exercise tracker: check off what you have done, keep a streak, and watch your activity calendar. Premium • A library of original video lectures on regular practice, breathing, recovery and discipline. • A private question to the instructor. The form is private and answers are never published. • Additional habits in the tracker. Academy • Everything in Premium. • Live sessions with exercise breakdowns and answers to questions. • A closed group of students. The app does not diagnose, does not replace a doctor, and does not give medical advice. Subscriptions are purchased in the app through the App Store and renew automatically until cancelled in your subscription settings.
