Booking is smoother and more reliable in this update. • Choose your doctor first, and see only the branches, services and times they actually offer. • The service you picked stays selected when you continue to the clinic. • If a payment doesn't go through, you can try again without starting your booking over. • After paying, your booking shows its correct status straight away. • Bookings with no deposit confirm immediately, and the cancellation terms you see are the ones that apply to your visit. • Appointment times are shown in the clinic's local time. • Didn't receive your code? Resend it when the timer ends, or change your number. • Urgent requests: you pay only after the clinic approves, and your booking reference stays with you. • Links to a clinic now open that clinic's page. • Dates and amounts follow the language you chose. • If something unexpected goes wrong, the app now offers a way back to Home instead of closing.

Booking is clearer, and finding a clinic is easier. • One confirmation screen — your appointment, what you pay now, the cancellation policy and payment together in one place. • Every amount is labelled: the deposit, and what's left to pay at the clinic. • Search by area — type Hamra or Jounieh and see the clinics actually there, not just ones named after it. • The map works without sharing your location. • Get directions to your clinic, and add the appointment to your calendar.

Clearer booking, fewer surprises. • You now see the exact deposit and cancellation window before you confirm a booking, not after. • Urgent care requests no longer trap you on the waiting screen — leave and come back any time, your request keeps running. • A badge on Bookings shows when a request needs you, so an approved request never quietly expires. • Doctors get a full 30-day schedule, and clearer reasons when a request cannot be approved. • Fixes to notifications, sign-out, and navigation throughout.
