Ember is a social app for making new friends through video calls and one-to-one chat with people near you. Made by INA Company for adults 18+, Ember is available in English, Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese.
Instead of messages that fade out after a few replies, see the person and talk for a minute. Voice and expression tell you far more, far faster.

· Every account verifies a phone number by SMS at sign-up.
· Photo verification — members who match their profile photo against a live selfie get a verified badge.
· Block and report at any time. Reports are reviewed by a person, not an automated system.
· Calls are never recorded. Screenshots and screen recording are blocked on screens that show other people.

Is Ember free?
Downloading, signing up and browsing are free. Video calls, some messages and gifts use Points, which you buy in the app.
Is there a subscription?
No. Points are one-time in-app purchases. Nothing renews automatically.
How much does a video call cost?
It depends on the person. Their per-minute rate is shown on their profile, and the app tells you again before you call.
Do Points expire?
No. Your balance and history are always visible in the app. Points are removed if you delete your account.
Who can use Ember?
Adults 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.
Are calls recorded?
No. Ember never records calls.
How do I sign in?
With Apple or Google. Existing accounts can also sign in with email.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account.
